We're excited to introduce the Results Assistant, a coaching assistant built into your segment results. Your score and feedback tell you where you landed. The AI Results Assistant helps you understand what they mean and what to work on next.
What's New
Ask about your feedback, any time. Facilitator feedback is detailed, and it isn't always obvious how a comment connects to your score. Now you can ask the Results Assistant something like "Why did I receive Competency Met: Above Average?" and get an answer based on your own result.
See how you line up with the rubric. When rubric and program competency information is available for a segment, the Results Assistant walks you through the areas you met and where there's room to grow.
Leave with concrete next steps. Ask what a higher score would look like and get specific improvements to focus on in your next attempt.
Pick up where you left off. Each result keeps its own conversation. Come back later and your chat is right where you left it.
Start with one click. Quick-action buttons for Explain my grade, Improvement areas, and Rubric alignment get the conversation going without having to think up the first question.
How It Works
To open the Results Assistant, select View Feedback on any segment result, then select Chat With AI.

Responses are AI-generated and may not always be complete or accurate. The AI Results Assistant cannot change your official grade.
