Facilitators can export learner results from any Immersive Practicum Lab (IPL) as downloadable CSV files for use in grading, reporting, or external tools. This feature allows you to download data directly to your device in multiple formats, including:
📄 Overview Scores (CSV): A high-level score rollup for each learner across the full experience.
🔍 Detailed Scores (CSV): A breakdown of performance across individual segments.
📦 Combined Export (ZIP): A zipped file containing both overview and detailed score CSVs.

This export is designed to give facilitators flexible access to learner data so you can use it in whatever way best supports your workflow.
What's Included
Each CSV file contains:
Learner name
Learner email
Submission date
Course title
Lesson title
Session number
Numeric score
Competency score
Each file is automatically labeled with the lesson title and export date for easy identification.
How To Access
Navigate to a course where you are a facilitator
Open any Immersive Practicum Lab lesson
Click View Learner Results
Click the Download button (gif placeholder)
Select your preferred export option:
Overview CSV
Detailed CSV
ZIP (both)
Your file(s) will download directly to your device
Exported files may contain sensitive learner information. Please ensure you handle and store this data in accordance with your institution’s privacy policies (e.g., FERPA).
FAQs
Can I export results for the entire course?
Not yet. Exports are currently available per IPL lesson only.
Can other facilitators access this?
Yes—all facilitators in the course can export results.
Can I use this data in my LMS?
Yes! CSV files are designed to be easily imported into LMS platforms or other tools.
Why don't I have the option to export results?
You may not see all export options if:
There are no learner results yet
Learners have not completed the IPL
(Overview scores require completion)
