Enrollment, score, and completion data for your course all live in one place. Open the course you facilitate and select the Dashboard tab next to Course Content to see everything at a glance.
Facilitators Only: The dashboard described in this article is only available to facilitator-level users. Learners will not see this tab in their course.
Troubleshooting
Why don't I see a Dashboard tab on my course?
The dashboard tab is only available to facilitator-level users, so learner accounts won't see it. If you're a facilitator and still don't see it, contact [email protected].
Why is the Immersive Practicum Lab section missing?
This section only appears for courses that include Immersive Practicum Lab simulations. If your course doesn't include Immersive Practicum Lab, or included it in the past but no longer does, this section (and any Immersive Practicum Lab-related fields in Enrollment) won't display. That's expected, not an error.
Why don't I see Case Study completion data?
Case Study completion only appears in the Enrollment section for courses that include Case Study simulations. If your course doesn't include them, that data won't display.
My Enrollment section shows 0. Is that right?
Total Enrollment always shows a number, and 0 is a valid, accurate count if no one is enrolled yet. It's not an error state.
My Enrollment section looks empty even though I have learners.
If your course has zero enrolled learners, the Enrollment List and any completion elements will show an empty state until someone enrolls. Once learners are added, this fills in automatically.
My Immersive Practicum Lab Score Insights table shows dashes (—) instead of numbers.
An em dash means data isn't available yet, usually because your course includes Immersive Practicum Lab but no learner has submitted results. Completion will show as 0 out of your total enrolled learners, and average, high, and low scores show as — until results come in. This isn't an error.
The numbers on my dashboard seem behind what I know is true.
The dashboard updates automatically and usually reflects changes within a few minutes. Enrollment and Immersive Practicum Lab data can each lag independently, so it's normal for one to update before the other. If numbers are still off after a few minutes, or a section won't load at all, let us know.
Can I see data from more than one course in a single dashboard?
No. Each course has its own dashboard, scoped only to that course. There's no combined or cross-course view.
A dashboard is showing data that doesn't look like it belongs to this course.
This should never happen. If you see it, stop and contact [email protected] immediately so we can investigate.
