Facilitators can now easily export learner results directly from any Immersive Practicum Lab (IPL). This new feature gives you flexible access to both high-level and detailed performance data—ready for download and use in your own systems.
Why This Matters
We know every facilitator manages grading and analytics differently. This feature is designed to give you full control over your learner data so you can:
Import scores into your LMS or gradebook
Analyze performance in your own tools
Track progress in a way that works best for you
What You Can Download
From each Immersive Practicum Lab results page, facilitators can download:
📄 Overview Scores (CSV): A high-level score rollup for each learner across the full experience.
🔍 Detailed Scores (CSV): A breakdown of performance across individual segments.
📦 Combined Export (ZIP): A zipped file containing both overview and detailed score CSVs.

How It Works
Navigate to a course where you are a facilitator
Open any Immersive Practicum Lab lesson
Click View Learner Results
Click the Download button
Select your preferred export option:
Overview CSV
Detailed CSV
ZIP (both)
Your file(s) will download directly to your device
What’s Included
Each CSV file contains:
Learner name
Learner email
Submission date
Course title
Lesson title
Session number
Numeric score
Competency score
Each file is automatically labeled with the lesson title and export date for easy identification.
