What Are Virtual Client Experience Results?

Virtual Client Experience (VCE) sessions are live, synchronous sessions with a real person β€” unlike Immersive Practicum Labs, which are self-paced simulations you complete on your own time. In a VCE session, you're practicing in real time with an actual human playing the role of a client.

When a VCE session is assessed, results are generated based on the full content of your session β€” including everything that was said and done during the conversation.

Results are only available for 1:1 sessions. Group sessions are not assessed.

Finding Your Results

For Learners

After your session has finished processing, a View Results button will appear on the lesson page for that session. Click it to access your feedback, transcript, and recording.

If you've completed multiple sessions for the same simulation, all of your results will appear on that same page.

Your facilitator automatically has access to your results β€” you don't need to submit anything.

For Facilitators

Navigate to the relevant Virtual Client Experience lesson and click View Learner Results to see results for all learners who have completed sessions. You can see everything the learner sees β€” feedback, transcript, and recording.

No action is required from learners for their results to be visible to you.

FAQ

How long does it take for results to appear?

Results typically take 10–30 minutes to process after a session ends. There's no notification when they're ready β€” return to the lesson page to check.

Can I see results for group sessions?

No. Results are only available for 1:1 sessions. Group sessions cannot be assessed.

I can't find my results.

First, check that the email you used to book your session matches the email on your Genius Academy account β€” this is the most common reason results don't appear. If everything looks correct and results still aren't showing up after 30 minutes, contact [email protected].
