Immersive Practicum Labs also include captions that can be toggled on or off. These are created and maintained by Genius Academy.

When you review your own audio or video submissions in feedback, captions are also available. These particular captions are generated by a third-party service. Because of this, they may not be perfectly accurate and might not match what you said word for word. Importantly, these review captions are not the official transcription used in assessment—they’re simply a tool to make feedback easier to follow.

For Virtual Client Experience simulations, there are special cases where transcription may be available. If you’re a learner and want to know more, reach out to your facilitator. If you’re a facilitator, you should contact your Genius Academy point of contact.
