🔒 Why Is My Simulation Locked?

If you're seeing a locked simulation, don’t worry—it likely has to do with the schedule set by your instructor.

Here’s how it works:
Instructors set specific start and end times for each simulation. If the start time hasn’t arrived yet—or the end time has already passed—the simulation will appear as locked and can’t be accessed. Unfortunately, our support team can’t change or override those times, since they’re part of your instructor’s course plan.

What should I do?
If you believe you should have access or the deadline has passed but your instructor has made an exception, the best next step is to reach out to your instructor directly. They can make any necessary adjustments to the schedule.
