Facilitators now have access to a suite of powerful course‑editing tools — but with important boundaries. This guide walks you through what you can edit, what remains restricted, and how to navigate the editing experience safely and effectively.

Editing is done per course, giving you precise control over each individual course you facilitate.
Here’s how to access and use the Edit Course tools:
Navigate to the specific course you want to update.
Click Edit Course.
Make your changes as needed.
Click Save to apply your updates instantly.
🧰 What Facilitators Can Edit
Facilitators can edit course structure on a course‑by‑course basis (mass‑editing across courses is not supported). You can:
Rename lessons
Reorder lessons, including moving them across modules
Create new modules
Rename modules
Reorder modules
Delete modules
Set start and end dates for lessons
🚫 What Facilitators Cannot Edit
Some actions can only be completed by a Genius Academy administrator. Facilitators cannot:
Change the course title and course code
Add or delete lessons
Bulk edit or mass‑modify multiple courses at once
