These updates allow facilitators to make their course experience(s) more flexible, more responsive, and fully aligned with the evolving needs of learners.
What’s New
Facilitators now have direct access to Edit Course, empowering you to update and customize your course without needing assistance from a Genius Academy admin.
With these new editing capabilities, you can:
Update your course immediately — no waiting for admin support.
Adapt the order, structure, or naming of content based on pacing changes.
Rename lessons to match your syllabus or teaching language.
Restructure modules as your course evolves.
Create a more tailored, learner-aligned experience.
These tools make the Genius Academy platform more turnkey, customizable, and aligned with your instructional goals.
How It Works
Editing is done per course, giving you precise control over each individual course you facilitate.
Here’s how to access and use the Edit Course tools:
Navigate to the specific course you want to update.
Click Edit Course.
Make your changes as needed.
Click Save to apply your updates instantly.
✏️ Rename Lessons and Modules
Update lesson and module titles to match your syllabus, teaching style, or course direction.
🔀 Reorder Lessons and Modules
Move lessons within or between modules to reflect pacing changes or evolving course flow. Rearrange modules at any time to reflect shifts in pacing or priority.
📦 Create and Delete Modules
Build new modules to expand or reorganize your course structure, or remove outdated or unused modules to keep your course clean and relevant.
📅 Schedule Lessons
You’ve always had access to this, but now there's an additional convenient place to set your course timeline from within Edit Course.
