🧾 Receipts and Payment Confirmation

Whenever you make a successful payment, you’ll automatically receive a receipt by email. If you ever request a refund, you’ll also get an emailed confirmation once it’s processed.

If you don’t see a receipt in your inbox, it’s a good idea to check your spam or promotions folder. Still can’t find it? No problem—just reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to help.


šŸ·ļø Bookstore Access Codes

Some learners purchase course access codes through their organization’s bookstore. If you bought a code this way and run into any issues, you’ll need to contact the bookstore directly. Genius Academy cannot refund or replace bookstore-purchased codes since those transactions are managed outside of our system.

šŸ” Subscriptions and Charges

We keep billing simple: there are no recurring subscriptions and no automatic payments. Once you’ve purchased a course subscription, that’s it—you’ll only be charged again if you choose to purchase an additional course.

Facilitators never need to pay for platform access. If you’re a facilitator and see a payment prompt, please contact [email protected] right away so we can resolve it.
