Whenever you make a successful payment, youāll automatically receive a receipt by email. If you ever request a refund, youāll also get an emailed confirmation once itās processed.

š·ļø Bookstore Access Codes
Some learners purchase course access codes through their organizationās bookstore. If you bought a code this way and run into any issues, youāll need to contact the bookstore directly. Genius Academy cannot refund or replace bookstore-purchased codes since those transactions are managed outside of our system.

š Subscriptions and Charges
We keep billing simple: there are no recurring subscriptions and no automatic payments. Once youāve purchased a course subscription, thatās itāyouāll only be charged again if you choose to purchase an additional course.

Facilitators never need to pay for platform access. If youāre a facilitator and see a payment prompt, please contact [email protected] right away so we can resolve it.
