This guide explains how learners and facilitators can view Immersive Practicum Lab (IPL) experience results.
🎓 For Learners
After you complete an Immersive Practicum Lab experience, you can view your results to see your feedback, scores, and performance insights.
🧭 Where to View Your Results
After completing your Immersive Practicum Lab experience, you can access your results from two location:
1. From Your Course Page
Go to your course.
Click View Results on any Immersive Practicum Lab lesson.
2. From the Lesson Page
Open the lesson.
Click View Results.
Note: The View Results button only appears after you have completed the experience.
📌 Who Can See Your Results
Your facilitator automatically receives access to all of your attempts — you do not need to submit any additional steps to ensure they can view these. Facilitators can see all attempts, including retries.
🕒 If Results Are Not Loading
Results may take a few moments to process.
Wait 30 seconds, then refresh the page.
Confirm your audio and video submitted correctly. If there were recording issues, the system may not be able to produce results.
If results still aren't appearing, contact [email protected].
🤔 If Your Results Don’t Seem Accurate
We strive to provide accurate and insightful feedback for every Immersive Practicum Lab Experience. Common causes for inaccuracy are:
Recording issues — if no audio/video was captured, or audio quality was interrupted, you may receive a message saying there was nothing to assess.
Disagreement with feedback — Genius Proctor aims for accuracy, but mistakes happen.

👩🏫 For Facilitators
Facilitators can view all learner attempts, feedback, and scores — no extra submission or action is required from learners.
🧭 Where to View Learner Results
Facilitators can access results in two places:
1. From the Course Page
Go to your course.
Click View Learner Results on any Immersive Practicum Lab lesson.
2. From the Lesson Page
Open the specific lesson.
Click View Learner Results.
Facilitators can see all attempts, including retries and multiple submissions, and can also view other facilitators’ submissions. There are no completion requirements for facilitators— if you don’t see results, it simply means learners have not submitted yet.
🕒 Troubleshooting Results
If learner results are not appearing:
Confirm that the learner has actually completed the experience.
Wait 30 seconds and refresh.
Check if the learner experienced recording or submission errors.
If issues persist, contact [email protected].
🤔 If You Believe a Score or Feedback Is Incorrect
