📊 Viewing Your Experience Results

After completing an experience, you can easily access your feedback to see how you did. Just follow these steps:

How to View Your Feedback

  1. Go to your Course View

  2. Locate the experience you want feedback for

  3. Click the "View Feedback" button under that experience


🕒 What if I Don’t See Any Results?

Don’t worry—sometimes results take a moment to appear. Try the following:

  • Wait 30 seconds and refresh the page

  • Make sure your audio and video submissions were successfully recorded. If the system didn’t capture them, it won’t be able to assess your performance

🤔 My Results Don’t Seem Accurate

Here are a few reasons your feedback might not match your expectations:

🎤 Audio or Video Issues

If your recording wasn’t captured correctly, you may receive a message that there’s nothing to assess. In that case, you might need to re-do the experience.

🧠 Disagree with the Feedback

Genius Proctor strives to give accurate, fair assessments—but mistakes can happen, or you might have a different view of your performance.
